The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Functional Constipation (Qiyin Deficiency Syndrome)by Runchang Tongjiang Tablets

Purpose:Constipation is the most common chronic digestive symptoms, refers stool in the colon stay too long, dry stool, stiffen, or not prolong the defecation difficulties.In this study, through the clinical observation, Runchang tongjiang tablets in treating chronic functional constipation (Qiyin deficiency Syndrome), and to explore its mechanism of action to use in medical diagnosis and treatment, to hope that the use of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment, through this research find the constipation treatment.Methods:1. Form2010December to2011December, Jing Zhou City Chinese Medicine Hospital, seventy-two patients with chronic functional constipation were enrolled in this study and divided randomly into two groups, thirty-eight cases received as the treatment group, and thirty-four cases as the control group, the two groups of patients, gender, age, duration, disease severity of TCM syndrome, total score, and other aspects of the more obvious difference, there were were comparable between two groups (P>0.05).2.The treatment group was given Runchang tongjiang tablets of oral treatment, every four,3times a day, half an hour before; The control group was given mosapride citrate tablets,3times a day,5mg each time, before meals; Oral peifeikang, every four,3times a day after meals. Course:two groups are taking a month, continuous, Observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs change.3.Statiscal analysis methods:data is analysed with SPSS18.0statistical software. Measurement data with (X±s) and by using t test, level of information using Ridit test,χ2test with count data.Results:1. After treatment, the two groups of patients total score of TCM symptoms than before treatment are significant difference (P <0.05), and treatment of TCM symptoms of the improvement of the total score than in control group (P<0.05).2. The treatment group38cases,8cases of recovery,16cases were markedly improved,9cases of effective and5cases of ineffective, the total effective rate of86.84%.The control group34cases,3cases of recovery, powerfully in11cases,8cases of effective and ineffective12cases, the total effective rate of64.70%. The treatment group clinical cure rate, the total effective rate are higher than the control group (P<0.05).3.Runchang tongjiang tablets in treating of chronic functional constipation with obvious improvement clinical symptoms, no obvious side effects, taking convenient, moderate price, etc.Conclusion:This study shows that Runchang tongjiang tablets in the treatment of chronic functional constipation (Qiyin deficiency Syndrome) has good clinical curative effect, it’s effect is superior to western medicine group. In the treatment of functional constipation (Qiyin deficiency Syndrome) has certain curative effect, is a treatment for this type of constipation cure, it is worth further research and extension.
