Daqinglong decoction, which comes from Shanghan Lun written by Zhang Zhongjing, is made up of Ephedrae herba, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Armeniacae Smen Mrum, Gycyrrhizae Rdix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle, Jujubae Fructus, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens and Gypsum Fibrosum The decoction is a classic prescription with the exact clinical efficacy and has been proved by practice through thousands of years. It can dissipate blood stasis apart from relieving exterior and sweating with warmth and acridity. Modern cl inical studies have shown that the prescription treated common cold, hyperthermia, chronic bronchitis, asthma, anhidrosis, acute nephritis, etc. And modern pharmacodynamic research has shown that it also had the function of antipyretic, antibacterial and enhancing the phagocytic ability of macrophage.So far the research on Daqinglong decoction has mainly focused on clinical application, while the pharmacokinetic study of the decoction is rarely reported.This paper considered the decoction as a whole. The herb was extracted and selected by supercritical fluid extraction and systematic solution. The extracts were as following:extracts by SFE-CO2(A), total polysaccharide (B), Chlorine (C), ethyl acetate (D), n-butanol (E), water soluble fraction (F) and Gypsum decoct ion (G). By anti-influenza virus (H1N1) pharmacodynamic experiment in vitro, it can be sure that the antiviral active substance of decoction are extracts by SFE-CO2(A) and n-butanol (E)Using GC-MS, we analyzed the extracts of cinnamomi ramulus zingiberis rhizoma recens herb pair in daqinglong decoction by SFE-CO2, and identified55kinds of chemical compounds. In accordance with the issued by the state food and drug administration (SFDA)" fingerprint technology requirements of traditional Chinese medicine injection (Provisional)", we established HPLC-UV fingerprint map of the butanol antiviral effective material parts of the decoct ion, and determined18peaks which were clear and similar good. Additionally, the fingerprint peaks of Laetrile, rutin, liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid were assignedUsing multidisciplinary research methods, we preliminary explained the material basis of the antiviral effect, and lay foundations for the deeper studies of traditional Chinese medicine.
