Objective:With the improvement of people’s living standards, in recent years a large number of epidemiological, clinical investigation showed significantly increased incidence of coronary heart disease, and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) with severe medical conditions, characteristics of acute, serious threats to human life. Coronary lesions and serum lipid metabolism is closely related to, primary and secondary prevention of epidemiological information has been confirmed by high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) reduced, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) high is one of the major risk factors for coronary heart disease [1]. Disorders of lipid metabolism, is the primary risk factor for atherosclerosis, and directly related to the incidence of acute coronary syndrome. Has confirmed that at present a large number of clinical and experimental study on effect of acupuncture on lipid metabolic disorder has a good, although the mechanism of lipid-lowering effects of acupuncture is not clear, but according to many of the clinical information has good lipid-lowering effects of acupuncture and moxibustion. CRP is to reflect the low level of inflammation in acute stage of substance, CRP may also by inducing adhesion molecules and chemotactic factor, and the expression of inflammatory cytokines such as directly involved in atherosclerosis (AS) the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease. CK (Creatine Kinase, CK), creatine kinase, CK-MB isozymes in various diseases, particularly heart attack occurs, serum creatine kinase levels of the people will improve quickly, now believe in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome in the determination of CK and CK-MB isoenzyme and when compared to other markers of serum enzymes, high sensitivity, specificity. Now believe that they have important physiological function and clinical application of value, causing widespread attention and in-depth research. This topic through clinical research, observation of electroacupuncture at fenglong acupoints for acute coronary syndrome effects of blood lipid level and HsCRP, CK, CK-MB.Method:This clinical research observation acute Crown pulse integrated syndrome merged high fat blood syndrome patients50cases, are from Wuhan City integrated Chinese and Western medicine combination hospital cardiovascular medical hospital patients, which acute myocardial infarction patients20cases (non-ST segment elevation type heart infarction8cases, ST segment elevation type heart infarction12cases), does not stability type angina pectoris30cases, each type of patients to check random table of method by admitted has order, random is divided into two group:is electric needle treatment group30cases and Western control group20cases. Two groups of gender, history, age and blood lipid in patients with biochemical comparison of General information, such as, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), with comparable.(See table1.) The result:1. comparison of two sets of blood lipid and biochemical indexes before and after treatment:after treatment, the treatment group and the control group LDL-C, TC and TG are more with the index group before the treatment significantly reduced (P<0.01), the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment with HDL-C levels did not significantly change (P>0.05), two groups of patients with biochemical indexes of blood lipid after treatment, differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).2. two groups of patients with clinical outcome:total effective rate of86.7%of electroacupuncture in the treatment group, control group of WM’s total effective rate90%(μ test alpha=0.05, H0=μ1=μ2set up).3. patients with two groups level comparison:two sets of CK, CK-MB, HsCRP water after treatment average dropped to within the normal range (P<0.01), treatment of comparison before and after the difference was not statistically significant differences between the two groups (p>0.05).Conclusions:Electroacupuncture in the treatment group and the control group of traditional and Western medicine on patients with acute coronary syndrome and its regulation of lipid metabolism disorders has significantly, have significantly lower TC, TG, LDL-C, total effective rate of86.7%treatment group, control group total effective rate90%, and treatment and control groups was not statistically significant. But the treatment group and the control group had not had a significant impact on the HDL-C level. Electroacupuncture at fenglong acupoints on acute coronary syndrome in inflammation inhibitory effect of intervention, treated with electro-acupuncture and Western medicine control groups after30days of treatment, both group CK, CK-MB, HsCRP dropped to within the normal range.
