The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Atopic Dermatiits Using Granules Of Ziyin Jianpi Decoction

Objective:To probe the clinical observation of using granules of Ziyin Jianpi Decoction, which is treated the type of Spleen or Yin deficiency Atopic Dermatiits.To evaluate the security and relapse rate of Ziyin Jianpi Decoction.So it is expected to instrust the clinical work.Method:60patients(children and adults) were selected from Outpatient Clinics and wards, Wuhan First Hospital.All patients were met the diagnostic criteria for Atopic Dermatiits and belonged of Spleen or Yin deficiency through the TCM. Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group,30cases, in the control group30cases. Two weeks are one course of treatment, and to followup for5months. The two groups in gender, age, course of disease, eczema area and severity index (EASI) score was no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable.Treatment group:Using granules of Ziyin Jianpi Decoction, one dose per day, the dosage of children is halved, divided into morning and evening to take. And chlorpheniramine oral tablets4mg/time,3times/d, the children are0.35mg/kg.And using topical desonide ointment and silicone oil dispersiblepaste. Control group:Using chlorpheniramine oral tablets,usage with the treatment group and for external use with the treatment group.Through EASI Scoring statistics, effective rate, incidence of untoward effect, recurrence rate assessed for statistical analysis to observe the effectiveness, safety.Rusults:1.Effective rate:the treatment group cured16cases, effective in10cases, improvement in3cases, ineffective in1case, efficiency rate86.67%; The control group healed in7cases, markedly effective in12cases improved in9cases, ineffective in2case, efficiency rate63.33%. The treatment group were more efficient than that in control group significantly. Comparing the efficiency of two groups by the χ2test,P<0.05, statistically significant differences; the treatment group were more effective than the control group.2. EASI score:Between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05, no significant difference, the two groups by a course of treatment, compared to two sets of integral points and pre-treatment (P<0.01), there are significant differences, indicating that both groups of treatment methods are effective, the overall result of the treatment group and control group after two courses of treatment, P<0.01, significant difference, the result EASI in the treatment group after treatment EASI score lower than the control group after treatment3.The incidence of adverse reactions:the treatment group occurred in4cases,the incidence of13.33%; the control group occurred in2cases, the incidence of6.67%. Comparing the two groups by the x2test(P>0.05), the difference was not statistically significant.4.Relapse rate:Follow-up of patients cured in treatment group and control group4months after the completion of treatment. The treatment group16cases,2cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate of12.5%, control group,7cases,2cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate of28.57%. Relapse rate compared between two groups:P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Through the clinical observation we can see that in the treatment of Spleen or Yin deficiency Atopic Dermatiits on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Ziyin Jianpi Decoction, Status of patients with skin lesions, itching indicated of the degree of improvement to be better. Clinical studies proved to be effective, safe and worthy of popularization.
