Abstract: objective: In this study Aimed at after electro acupuncture byfoot Shaoyang Channel Points intervene in ovariectomized rats, Observationand analysis of Bone tissue related factors OPG/RANKL mRNA andCbfa1mRNA expression of changes of its role in preliminary discussion of themolecular basis and mechanism.Methods:40female Wistar rats aged12months,weight(220±10g).Provided by the animal center of luzhou medical school. During theexperiment all rats were two animal room temperature (25±1)°C, fed anormal diet, free drinking water. randomly divided into4groups: Sham group,OVX control group(OVX-c), OVX acupuncture group(OVX-a)and OVXnon-point Acupuncture group (OVX-n),10in each group. The Sham group wasonly sham operated and other groups were ovariectomy. After the operation Allanimals in the same conditions (room temperature19~24℃, relative humidityaround40%) and normal diet feeding, free access to water. Three months afterthe operation began acupuncture. In OVX-a Yanglingquan, Huantiao、Xuanzhong、 Jingmen Are subjected to the lift and thrust twirlingreinforcing-reducing techniques to Electro Acupuncture, Needle for30minutes,ten times as a course the next day, total of12courses of treatment. In OVX-ngroup selected the inside of the hind limb at the non-acupuncture (both sides)routine disinfection impose reinforcing-reducing techniques to quickly take the needle after the needle to the needle quickly. Six months later after treating,The animals were sacrificed under general anesthesia, quickly take the leftfemur, carefully picking the best of adherent soft tissue, placed in vials placedin a-70°C low temperature refrigerator test.Results:1.After molded three months, in the gall bladder channel pointgroup, OPGmRNA expression adjusted value were significantly loweredthan that Sham group and Control group (P<0.01). Sham group and Controlgroup without statistical difference (P>0.05).2. in the gall bladder channelpoint group, RANKLmRNA expression adjusted value were significantlylowered than Control group (P<0.01). without statistical difference incomparing with the non-channel point group (P>0.05). Control group wereincreased than other group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3. in the gall bladder channel point group OPG/RANKLmRNA were decreasedthan the Control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).without statistical difference in comparing with the sham group andnon-channel point group (P>0.05). non-channel point group relative thanControl group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).sham grouplower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4. in the gall bladder channel point group CBFa1mRNA, adjusted value weresignificantly increased than Sham group(P<0.01); in the gall bladder channelpoint group CBFa1mRNA is increased,without statistical difference incomparing with the non-channel group (p=0.507), no significant difficant as compared with the control group (p=0.389); Control group no significantdifferences with Sham group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Electro Acupuncture at Foot Shaoyang Channel Points havecontrol Bone resorption and Promote bone formation Bone relative specificityof bi-directional regulation effect, To promote OB and OC-phase coupling. EAFoot Shaoyang stimulate osteoblast bone formation specific gene CBFa1mRNAexprssion increased at the same time, without increase RANKLmRNAexpression, which may be other factors such as NFATc1in the event of a role,the role of this factor need to be further study.
