Objective:Through the standardized clinical research, observe the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation back pain with the method of fibrillation pressure technique. In order to provide the reference for the efficacy and safety for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with fibrillation pressure technique, this paper aims to improve technical specifications and provide the ideas and methods of related diseases for other spine with fibrillation pressure technique.Methods:60 cases of lumbar disc herniation back pain were randomly and equally divided into an experimental group(treated by fibrillation pressure technique)and a control group(treated by traditional manipulations). Both groups were treated once a day and six days as a course. There was one day rest between the first and the second course.A conclusion was made after two courses. The scores of lumbar segment motion, visual analogue scale(VAS)of their pains, and reliability of the oswestry disability index were used to evaluate the two groups respectively before treatment and two courses after treatment, finally,a statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.Comprehensive curative effects: there were 30 patients in the experimental group,24 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective, and 1 case was ineffective. The total effective rate is 96.67%;while in the control group,15 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective, and 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate is 80.00%.According to the statistical analysis P=0.044(P<0.05),the difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant.2.The symptom scores: two groups of patients' scores of lumbar segment motion before treatment,VAS score,ODI score there was no significant difference(P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference, and it is comparable. Two groups after treatment in patients with the scores of lumbar segment motion were significantly reduce compared with before treatment(P<0.01);Compared experimental group with control group after treatment, the score of lumbar segment motion decreased obviously, statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Compare the VAS score before treatment with after treatment, the score decreased obviously, there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01);Compared experimental group with control group after treatment,VAS score decreased more obvious, statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The ODI score after treatment in both groups were reduce significantly(P<0.01);compared with the ODI score before treatment,Compared experimental group with control group after treatment,ODI score decreased more obvious, statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The two groups symptom scores were significantly improved after treatment, which showed that these two treatment methods can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation.2.The experimental group was better than the control group after treatment in the scores of lumbar segment motion,VAS and ODI scores.Compared to traditional manipulations, fibrillation pressure technique had a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation back pain.3.Pressing-vibrating technique can quickly improve symptoms of lumbar disc herniation back pain with no trauma, and it is easy to operate.Compared with the traditional,Pressing-vibrating technique is easy to copy used by clinical doctors, patients accepted easily,it also can be applied in the clinical. It provided a new treatment idea for other spine related diseases, which could be used as a major method in the clinical treatment of cervical osteoarthritis.
