| Objective：Study the effects of Muxiangbinlangtang（MXBLT） in treating C-IBS inClinic.Methods：The30patients of C-IBS were treated with MXBLT and the clinical effectswere contrasted with those of the30patients treated with Liuweianxiao Tablet. Symptomsand signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment.4weeks was set as acourse of treatment.The clinical effects of each group were observed during1course.Results：Data of the clinical research showed that the effective rate of MXBLT wassignificantly higher than Liuweianxiao Tblet （P<0.05）. There was significant differencebetween the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05).Conclusions：Muxiangbinlangtang is the effective remedy of treating C-IBS，it canmoderate clinical symptoms， promote recoverment of pathological changes，alleviate thepatients’ sufferings rapidly. |
