| Objective: Observation of the clinical efficacy that compound coptis ointment in treatment of blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis and the effect of different concentrations on drug induced guinea pig model of psoriasis,Preliminary discussion on its mechanism of action.Methods:The 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Xiaoying granules+compound Huang Liangao) and control group(Xiaoying granules+White petrolatum), Each group of 40 cases, Course of 8 weeks,According to the observation index record and score comparison,Random selection of 40 cases, healthy volunteers of 40 cases,Detected separately to skin barrier indexes and carried on the analysis. Animal studies:The 40 guinea pigs with drug induced mode, Randomly assigned and medication respectively, To Observe the effects of different concentration of compound Huang Liangao on pathological Baker score and skin barrier index of psoriasis like pathological changes in guinea pig.Results: Clinical results:Total effective rate in the treatment group 95%,Control group 80%,The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with healthy controls in patients with Skin barrier indexes decreased are different(P <0.01),Psoriasis areas of skin barrier function is impaired. In reducing the PASI score, relieve itching and up to the barrier index,The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Animal studies shown that compound Huang Liangao could reduce Baker score and improve the skin barrier, but the concentration was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05), The curative effect and concentration has no relevance.Conclusion: 10% concentration of compound coptis paste can reduce the PASI score and the degree of itching,Clinical curative effect is better than the control group.One of its mechanism may be repair in patients with psoriasis vulgaris damaged skin barrier function, and clinical is safe and effective... |
