The Clinical Study On The Efficacy Of Wenshen Huoxue Huashi Fang On Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria Of Spleen-kidney Yang Asthenia Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of prescription of warming kidney,invigorating blood and resolving dampness which could cure the patients who have asdthenic splenonephro-yang of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria.Methods:This research was adopted randomized controlled research method. There were60 patients from Gansu Provincial Hospitai of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the observation was between November 2013 to December 2014. All of them had to meet the inclusive criteria,whose called asdthenic splenonephro-yang of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuriaand,then randomly divided into control group and treatment group;30 cases in the Control group which were taken western medicine with valsartan dosage;and the treatment group which were also taken valsartan,futhermore,added the prescription of warming kidney,invigorating blood and resolving dampness.After 12 weeks,compared the changes between before and after treatment of two groups,then evaluated and analyzed the efficacy and safety,which included clinical symptoms,the total curative effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome curative effects,urinary protein and 24-hour’s urinary protein quantitative indicators,etc.Results:Two groups of gender,age,course of disease and other baseline data were not statistically significant differences.(1)The total effect of the clinical symptoms showed:the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%,but the comparison group was 63.33%,so two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).(2)The total curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine revealed:the total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,and the control group was 70%,so the two groups also had significant difference(P<0.05).The result displayed that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Protein in urine and 24 h urine protein in the two groups were decreased after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)Compared with before treatment,the serum cystatin C had statistical difference(P<0.05)intra-group.the two groups of serum cystatin C after treatment between twogroups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)After treatment,all of patients’ blood pressure were lower,there was significant difference that compares with before treatment(P<0.05).But there were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(6)Patients of Scr,BUN,ALT,AST after treatment with this group compared with no significant difference(P>0.05) before treatment,the security index without exception,no serious adverse reaction in clinical trials.Conclusions:Clinical trials showed that the kidney invigorate the circulation of the wet side albuminuria in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis spleen kidney Yang deficiency type treatment had certain curative effect,and clinical trials showed that,the treatment of warming the kidney,invigorating the circulation of the blood and resolving dampness haed a certain therapeutic effect on curing the patients who have asdthenic splenonephro-yang of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria.Clinical trials also showed clinical application was so safe and reliable that it was worthy having a further promotion.
