| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of seaweed oil gauze on postoperative complications and wound healing of old damp-heat accumulated anal fissure,and to detect the changes of VEGF content in serum of the two groups of patients before and after medication by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Method: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups underwent anal retraction under local anesthesia,and the treatment group underwent conventional dressing change with shiver oil gauze from the first day after surgery.The control group was treated with refnol gauze.Seven days was one course of treatment.Changes in wound pain,edema and bleeding were recorded on the first day,the seventh day and the fourteenth day after surgery,and changes in serum VEGF content in the two groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Wound healing time was recorded.Results: 1.Anal wound pain was compared between the treatment group and the control group on the first day after surgery,with no significant difference(P>0.05)and no statistical significance.The difference between the integral treatment group and the control group on the 7th and 14 th days after surgery was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of shiver oil gauze on the 7th and 14 th days after surgery in alleviating postoperative anal pain was significantly better than that of the control group.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)on the first day after surgery.This indicated that there was no difference in the efficacy of anal edema between the two groups on day 1 after treatment.On the 7th day after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the overall efficacy of the treatment group in alleviating wound edema was better than that of the control group.The symptoms of the treatment group on the 14 th day after surgery were statistically significant compared with those of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the edema improvement degree of the treatment group on the 14 th day was better than that of the control group.3.Compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the first day after surgery(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups on the 7th and 14 th days after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving postoperative bleeding symptoms.4.VEGF content comparison: there was no significant difference between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P>0.05),and the difference was not significant.The difference of VEGF content between the two groups on the 7th and 14 th day after surgery was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating a comparative effect.This indicated that the content of VEGF in the comfrey oil group was significantly higher than that in the refnol group,and the results showed that it promoted the wound healing.5.In terms of total efficacy and wound healing time,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 73.3%.The comparison between the two groups(P<0.05)was comparable.The average healing time was 15 days in the treatment group.The average healing time of the control group was 18 days,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that shikonen gauze could shorten the wound healing time and accelerate the wound healing.Conclusion: Borage oil gauze strip type treatment for treating chronic anal fissure postoperative wo und pain,edema of anal edge,complications such as bleeding,can obviously relieve p ain in the anus,fade anal edema,reduce bleeding rate,at the same time,effectively i mprove the content of VEGF,and promote wound healing,shorten wound healing tim e,reduce the patients' pain,shorten the postoperative treatment,achieve the goal of treatment. |
