| Objective: To observe the clinic effect of Bushenhuoxue decoction in the treatment ofhypertensive renal impairment based on basic Western medicine treatment. To investigatethe advantage and feasibility of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with WesternMedicine method, with the aim to perfect and popularize the decoction.Method:59proper patients were divided into two groups, by prospective randomizedcontrolled method, control group and treatment group. Basic Western medicine treatmentwere given to both group patients, while treatment group patients were treated byBushenhuoxue decoction additional. After8weeks’ treatment, symptoms of Chinesemedicine changes and signs were observed and24-hour urinary protein excretion,hemoglobin, blood fat, renal function were tested. The symptoms and signs madequantitative score and curative effect evaluation was made.Results:1, The total effective rate of treatment group was60.00%, control group was34.48%(P<0.05). Compared with control group, treatment group showed betteramelioration in clinic symptoms of Chinese medicine(P<0.01);2, In addition, treatmentgroup patients exhibited lower serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, uric acid level and betterrenal function compared with control group(P<0.05)；3, In terms of modification of24-hour urinary protein excretion, hemoglobin, blood fat, treatment group displayed bettereffect(P<0.05).Conclusion: On the basic Western medicine treatment, Bushenhuoxue decoction canameliorate patients’ clinic symptoms such as waist knees ache,edema,deficiency of vitalenergy and so on. in addition,this method can effectively improve renal function,reducethe urinary protein level,increase hemoglobin,adjust blood fat. The method of traditionalChinese medicine integrated with Western medicine owns special advantage in the treatment of hypertensive renal impairment. |
