Reseach On The Treatment Of Functional Constipation (Stagnation Of Qi For Liver And Spleen) By SHU GAN LI PI RUN CHANG TANG

Objective：Observation the clinical curative effect of SHU GAN LI PI RUN CHANGTANG in the treatment of functional constipation, traditional Chinese medicine dialecticalas the type of liver and spleen qi stagnation, from theoretical and clinical research on thetwo aspects of SHU GAN LI PI RUN CHANG TANG in the treatment of functionalconstipation mechanism.Methods:Collection of2010April to2011April in Shandong Provincial TraditionalChinese Medical Hospital Department of Gastroenterology confirmation for functionalconstipation and the patients who met the inclusion criteria in60cases, according tomedical order, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases ineach group. In two groups of patients with sex, age, course of disease, disease and otheraspects have not obvious difference, with comparable（P>0.05）.The treatment group weretreated with SHU GAN LI PI RUN CHANG TANG（Chaihu12g、Zhishi10g、Baishao18g、Muxiang9g、Gualouren30g、Binglang12g、Foshou12g、Danggui18g、 Gancao6g）, water and400ml, respectively, after half an hour before breakfast and evening beforegoing to bed clothes, daily1agent. Control group: given the Si Mo Tang Kou FuYe(Muxiang，Zhiqiao，Wuyao，Binglang). Each branch of10ml,2ampoules each time,3times daily, oral. In4weeks for1courses. Observation of curative effect.Results: After one course of treatment,significant difference was apparent in theclinical effects:In the treatment group，14cases recovered and10cases significantlyimproved，(thus the effectual rate is80%),4cases improved. The total effective rate in thetreatment group is93.33%. In the control group，7cases recovered and5cases significantly improved，(thus the effectual rate is40%),10cases improved, The totaleffective rate in the control group is73.33%. By statistical analysis, the treatment groupwas superior to control group The treatment group in improving abdominal distention,abdominal pain, joy there were significantly better than the control group (P <0.01),improvement in dry stool, long time of defecation, defecation poor, chest full of boring andthe rest of the symptoms, better than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusions: SHU GAN LI PI RUN CHANG TANG treating liver and spleen qistagnation type functional constipation and effective prescriptions, its mechanism may berelated to the regulation of gastrointestinal motility, Shugan Lidan related.
