Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Bu Fei Jian Pi Run Chang Method In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation With Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrom

Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of tonifying the lung and strengthening the spleen along with moistening the intestine in the treatment of functional constipation of Stagnation of lung qi and spleen qi deficiency.Evaluating the the recrudescence after three months.Methods:This clinical observation altogether collects forty patients.All samples come form the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine liver and spleen along with stomach department,in addition,the samples collecte from February 2016 to November 2016.This test according to my instructor professor xie jing ri,with his thinking the chinese medicines has been choosed.Recording the symptom scores and total scores before and after treatment,and calculationing the scores changes between before and after treatment,besides,analysing the clinical efficacy of this traditional chinese medicine.Observe the anxiety SAS and SDS after treatment and observe the changes.After the treatment,checking the patients with laboratory test including blood and urine routine examinations and so on to check out the security of this medicines.After three months,doing the follow-up visit consisting of the patients cured and improving patients,as well as effective patients,and using this list to calculate the recurrence rate.in the ending,inputting the data into the software of SPSS 17.0 for statistical analysis.Results:Forty patients fall off three patients,and the thirty-seven patients complete the test.The result shows eleven patients cured,sixteen patients improved and eight patients effected.The total effective rate is 94.59%.There are significant different between before and after treatment in the mainly symptom scores and secondary symptom scores together with total symptom scores.The safty index of this test have no exception.After three months,there have five patients recrudesced,and the recurrence rate is 14.29%.Conclusion:The method of tonifying the lung and strengthening the spleen along with moistening the intestine has significant effect in the treatment of functional constipation of Stagnation in lung qi and spleen qi deficiency.Recurrence rate is low.
