The Clinical Research Of Hyperthyroidism In Heart And Liver Yin Deficiency Type Treated By Maiweiyuying Mixture

Objective: To observe the use of Maiweiyuying mixture in treating ofhyperthyroidism.Methods:60cases of hyperthyroidism patients were randomly dividedinto two groups, the treatment group of30cases,30cases of the control group, thetreatment group to Maiweiyuyin mixture decoction combined with his Palestinianmethimazole (methimazole) treatment; the control group only be he met (methimazole)treatment, eight weeks for a course of treatment, observation of the symptoms, goiter andthyroid function changes, were statistically significance analysis.Results: the clinicalobservation study found, treatment group in improving the serum thyroxine wassignificantly better than the control group; liver injury, leukopenia and other adversereactions than those of the control group; in addition to the improvement of clinicalsymptoms (palpitation, sweating, fatigue, his hands shaking etc.) and reduction in reducingdrug in the process of repeated illness was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: the clinical observation showed that Maiweiyuying mixture Decoctionin the treatment of hyperthyroidism has good curative effect, less toxic side effect andcan reduce repeated illness, worthy of further study.
