The Clinical Observation Of Treating Hyperthyroidism(Two Deficiency Qi And Yin,Phlegm And Blood Stasis) By Fuzheng Rougan Xiaoyingtang

Objective:Invigorating spleen and invigorating qi and nourishing yin and softening liver as Dafa,Observe the Fuzheng Rougan Xingtang combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism later(Qi-Yin Two deficiency,phlegm-knot blood stasis syndrome).Method: In the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism(Qi-Yin Two deficiency,phlegm-blood stasis syndrome)of the patients selected 72 cases,randomized,controlled by grouping the principle of the group of 36 cases.Both groups were given basic treatment,The control group gave a mercapto-acetamiprid tablet(MMI),and the heart palpitations could be given to beta blockers if necessary(propranolol hydrochloride).The experimental group was based on the treatment of the combination of Chinese herbal medicine compound prescription and gave Fuzheng Rougan Xingtang.Four weeks for a sessions,observing 3 treatments,i.e.12 weeks.To observe the clinical symptoms,signs,thyroid function,thyroid antibody level and so on.Statistics using SPSS19.0 software completed,the application of the average ± standard deviation(x±SD)to the statistical data of the measurement of data,the difference between the group comparison we use T-Test,statistical testing of the use of double-sided testing,if P<05 will be regarded as the test difference is statistically significant.Results : Fuzheng Rougan Xingtang combined with methimazole treatment of hyperthyroidism(Qi-Yin Two deficiency,phlegm-blood stasis syndrome),improve thyroid function,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the dosage of methimazole compared with the control group(simple methimazole)has obvious advantages(P< 0.05).The treatment effect was good,and there were no adverse events occurred during the study.Conclusion: Fuzheng Rougan Xingtang combined with small dose of methimazole treatment of thyroid function hyperthyroidism(yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis),can achieve a simple effect of large dose of methimazole better,especially has advantages in improving the clinical symptoms and safety aspects,and by reducing the amount of Western medicine to reduce the side effects of many the curative effect is stable and reliable,make up for the defects brought a single large dose of Western medicine and the insufficiency,also produced a synergistic effect on Western medicine.
