The Relationship Between Regional Factor And Regularity Of Pulmonary Diseases

Objective:Through arranging and sifting large hospitalized cases of pulmonary diseases, the relationship has been researched between "the regional factor" and the regularity of pulmonary diseases. Besides, retrieving extensive records to probe further research in it, the purpo-se is to enrich the thought of the pulmonary diseases in prophylaxis, treatment,keeping fit and nursing which provide basis theory to enhance the interference with pulmonary diseases.Method:The relationship discussed separately between the regional factor and regularity of diseases about lung cancer,pulmonary tubercul-osis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, interst-itial lung disease. Select lung cancer120cases, pulmonary tuberculosis is120cases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease120cases, bro-nchial asthma120cases, interstitial lung disease120cases from Shan-dong university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital and Shandong chest hospital during2011.1—2011.6. Drawing up investigation forms to examine the basic information one another such as name, sex, age, residence, vocation (noticing whether contact dust and poison), pollution states of surrounding of residence, diet conditions and the situations of falling ill. The date coped with the statistics software SPSS18.0χ-test and analyzed the result.Result:In the above five types pulmonary diseases, regional factor is relative to lung cancer pulmonary tuberculosis, chronic obstructiv-e pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, while not to interstitial lung disease. Among them, the incidence of lung cancer and asthma in city are higher than countryside, along the coast higher than interior;while chronic obstructive pulmonary disease、pulmonary tuberculosis in count-ryside are higher than city; Interstitial lung disease comes about in city and rural, along the coast and the interior have no obvious differ-ence; The incidence of the above five types pulmonary diseases in Ji Nan is:lung cancer>interstitial lung disease>bronchial asthma> chronic obstructive pulmonary disease>pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion:Regional factor is relative to some of lung systematic diseases which can induct it at the prophylaxis, treatment, keeping fit and nursing.
