Abstract/Summary:
Objective In order to study mechanism of ship-block ocular injury, a simple and convenient imitational ship-block device in favour of progressing in the correlative study was established and outcomes of experimental ship-block ocular injury in rabbits were analyzed and discussed.Methods At first, a simple imitational ship-block device was established after referring to and improving the current devises. And then, we studied 31 rabbits which were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the device's three block grades (100gΟ, 80g, 60g). Every group including 5 rabbits was observed with the ocular clinical characteristics, VET and FFA at 6 continuous moments from preinjury to lh,ld,3d,7d,2w after injury . Other 6 rabbits in the first group at the 6 moments were differently affused lanthanum nitrate into carotid. Then their eye-balls were extracted and made pathological observation. The other 5 rabbits in the 2nd group and 5 rabbits in the 3rd group were also observed with pathological methods at 5 moments after injury.
