Chinical Research On The Treatment Of Bleeding After Drug Bortion(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis) With Flavored Saves Mother Dan

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of flavored saves mother Dan ontreating bleeding after Drug bortion(Qi deficiency and blood stasis), and to explore itsmechanism of action，and provide scientific basis for its clinical application. Methods：60cases of bleeding after Drug bortion were randomly divided into two groups,30cases oftreatment group treated with flavored saves mother Dan,and30cases of the control grouptreated with Shenkunyangxue particles. Both groups continuous treatment for7days.Before and after treatment,the improvement of two groups patients in clinical symptomsand signs, the hemostatic effect and the development of the uterine three diameters anduterine cavity echo，total number of red blood cells and platelet, hemoglobin,plasmaprothrombin time(PT)，-biood human chorionic gonadotropin (-HCG) and nitric oxide(NO)would be compared. Results：The hemostatic efficiency of the treatment group was93.3%,while that of the control group was80.0%. the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01). On the syndrome effect,the effective rates of the treatment group and controlgroupwere96.7％,83.3％, Two groups had significant differences (P<0.05). Improving theuterine three diameters and uterine cavity echo, reducing-HCG and NO is more effectivein the treatment group than that of the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01). Conclusion：Flavored saves mother Dan can treat bleeding after Drug bortion(Qi deficiency and bloodstasis) through its good hemostatic efficiency and improve the concomitant symptom.Themechanism may be relevant to promoting uterine contraction, reducing blood-HCG andNO.
