Clinical Research Of Angina Pectoris Of Senile CHD Treated By The Method Of Heart Clear Heat Method

Objective: To observe the application method of heart clear heat method treat theclinical curative effect of angina pectoris of senile CHD, and discuss the mechanism ofaction.Methods: Randomized principles, sixty conforming to Standard patients of elderlycases with angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group (30cases) andcontrol group (30cases).The treatment group used Isosorbide Mononitrate routinetreatment and yixinqingre-Tang. And the control group used Isosorbide Mononitratetreatment.6weeks for a period of treatment, observe a period of treatment.The changes oflaboratory indexes that including IL-1、IL-6、TNF、hs-CRP and clinical symptom wereobserved before and after treatment in both groups.Results: After the treatment group is the total curative effect of traditional Chinesemedicine symptoms compared with the control，there are significant differences.Thetreatment group can significantly reduce the incidence of angina, can obviously reduceIL-1, IL-6, TNF, hs-CRP level, compared with the control, there are significant differences.Conclusion: The method which can adjust inflammatory cells secrete inflammatoryfactor, restrain inflammation and stable atheromatous plaque effect,can significantly easeof CHD angina pectoris attack,is a safe and effective method to treat angina pectoris ofsenile CHD.
