Clinical Study Of Treating Anus Gate Fell Bilges With Added And Subtracted Large-leaved Gentian Root And Atractylodes Rhizome Decoction

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of added and subtracted Large-leavedGentian Root and Atractylodes Rhizome Decoction applied to Anus Gate Fell Bilges.Methods: Choose90patients who are accorded with the diagnosis standard and separatethem into Anus Fall group or Anus Gate Fell Bilges group or Anal drop pain groupaccording to different action in chief. They are divided into the treatment group which arecured by taking added and subtracted Large-leaved Gentian Root and AtractylodesRhizome Decoction orally or the matched group which are cured by the tablet includingLarge-leaved Gentian Root producted in our hospital at random for either type. We take10days for a period of treatment and observe and assess the therapy result after2-4courses oftreatment. Results:This study indicates that for Anal drop pain group the treatmentgroup,total validity rate is93.33%and the matched group,total validity rate is73.33%.There is significant difference between them (P﹤0.05).But there is no significantdifference between them for Anus Fall group and Anus Gate Fell Bilgesgroup.Conclusions:The therapeutic effect of added and subtracted Large-leaved GentianRoot and Atractylodes Rhizome Decoction applied to Anus Gate Fell Bilges is distinct.Totally the curative effect of herbal soup is better than Chinese patent drug.Compared withChinese patent drug herbal soup possesses the advantage of flexible formula.The treatmenteffect of helbal soup is better, which can be popularized in clinic.
