Extract Of Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome Inhibit Proliferation And Metastasis Of Human Lung Great Cellular Cancerous PG Cells In Vitro

Objective: to investigate the effects of extract of Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome on the cancer proliferation,metastasis, and to find effective constituent of Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome. Methods:1.Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome drug containing serum inhibit proliferation and metastasis of PG cells. Containing Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome volatile oil,lactone,polysaccharide and Sodium Chloride. To investigate the effect of extract of Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome on the proliferation and metastasis, through inverted phase contrast microscope,MTT colorimetric analysis antigenic,cloning experiment,adhensiveness experiment and invasiveness experiment; 2. Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome volatile inhibit proliferation and metastasis of PG cells. Containing Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome volatile oil 250,125,62.5μg/ml,tween negative control group. To investigate the effect on the proliferation and metastasis, through inverted phase contrast microscope,MTT colorimetric analysis antigenic,flow cytometry,adhensiveness experiment and invasiveness experiment. Results: Volatile oil drug containing serum of largehead atractylodes rhizome can reduce proliferation of single PG cell, the effect of volatile oil is better than polysaccharide and lactone. Volatile oil of largehead atractylodes rhizome can inhibit proliferation,metastasis of PG cells in vitro. Conclusion: Volatile oil is the effective constituent of Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome.
