The Clinical Research Of Effects From Emotionally Interventional Therapy To The Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Angina Coronary Disease

Objective： System of psychological intervention methods, observation ofEmotionally ancillary clinical curative effect of Interventional Therapy on patients withAngina Pectoris and the Interventional effect of emotional factors.Methods:Clinicalobservation of using, will comply with the conditions of60patients with coronary heartdisease, randomly divided into emotional intervention group and a control group, twogroups of30cases. Control group given conventional Western medicine treatment,intervention in the General system on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine on thetreatment of comprehensive intervention on emotion, respectively, integral, and syndromesof traditional Chinese medicine and clinical curative effect observation in patients withangina pectoris points and the effect of clinical and electrocardiogram, Seattle scale ofangina pectoris (SAQ) index, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-Rating DepressionScale(SDS).Results: Intervention group and a control group of angina pectoris,comparison of the therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms and ECG, significant differencesbefore and after intervention (P<0.05). Angina Pectoris comparison of integrals and thesyndromes of traditional Chinese medicine integration,SAQ,SAS,SDS both groups havesignificantly improved over intervention earlier in the intervention (P<0.05or P<0.01) andafter intervention of integral set of more significant differences between the interventiongroup(P<0.05or P<0.01), intervention than control groups. Conclusion:Emotional factorsand a significant correlation between coronary heart disease angina pectoris, and illustratesthe Emotionally Interventional Therapy can significantly improve the quality of life inpatients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
