| Objective： To investigate Xiongbitong Capsule for coronary heart diseaseinflammatory factors CRP, IL-6serum level. Methods：With the randomization method,in March2011to January2012a total of60cases in Weifang City, Shandong ProvinceHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Cardiology inpatients, in line withthe degree of stenosis in more than50%by coronary angiography, including stenting is notOK and after PCI. Divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group in theregular use of aspirin, hypoglycemic agents, antihypertensive drugs, lipid lowering drugs atthe same time, application the xiongbitong capsule. The routine use of aspirin in thecontrol group, hypoglycemic agents, antihypertensive drugs, cholesterol lowering agents.2months for a course, observation of treatment. Comparison of two groups of inflammatorycytokines in serum levels of change. Results:The results of the treatment group comparedwith the control group of inflammatory cytokines in serum levels decreased significantly(P <0.05). Conclusion:The xiongbitong capsule can significantly reduce CRP and IL-6levels of patients with coronary heart disease. |
