The Experemental Study Of Xiongbitong Capsule’s Mechanism On The HLP Rats

Objective:To explore the function of phlegm and extravasated blood On HLP, we expound andprove Xiongbitong capsule on the lipid metabolism and the vascular endothelial cell(VEC)function and liver index of hyperlipidemia model rats through experiment so as to investigate the intervention function and mechanism of Xiongbitong capsule on atherosclerosis and liverprotecting.Methods:The theoretical research adopts bibliographic retrieval method。 Experimental method:60healthy male rats were divided into4groups(15rats every group),hyperlipidemia model group administrated with hyperlipimia feedstuff,Xiongbitong capsule high group administrated with hyperlipidemia feedstuffand Xiongbitong capsule susp1.2ml(259/kg)intragastricly every day,Xiongbitong capsule low Group administrated with hyperlipidemia feedstuff and Xiongbitong capsule suspl.2ml(12.59/kg) intragastricly every day. Simvastatin Group administrated with hyperlipidemia feedstuff and Simvastatin suspl.2ml(10mg/kg)intragastricly every day. After10weeks, take the blood and hepatic to do examinations as follows:(1)the enzyme method was used to measured the contents of sertlm TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C;(2)the blood rheological apparatus was used to detect the whole blood viscosity;(3)the sodiumreduction method was used to detect the contents of serum NO, the radioimmunification to the contents of serum endothelin(ET);(4)the optical electron—microscopy was used to observe the change of the liver morphology;(5)the expression of protein in hepatic observed by immunocyto. chemistry,those kinds of protein were ICAM-1,MCP-10Results:1. Compared with the model group, the level of TC, TGI LDL—C, the whole blood viscosity and ET in Xiongbitong capsule group, Simvastatin Group decreased conspicuously(P<0.01), and the level of HDL—C and NO increased conspicuously (P<0.01).2. Compared with the model group, the OD level of MCP-1, ICAM-1in Xiongbitong capsule group, Simvastatin Group decreased conspicuously(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xiongbitong capsule can decrease HLP and alleviate the pathological of AS by lowering TC, TG,LDL-C, ET and the whole blood viscosity and increasing the level of NO, HDL-C; protect the function of liver by decreasing the high expression of MCP-1and ICAM-1, alleviating the fattiness cell denaturali—zation and inflammation of liver.
