Purpose:Clinical detoxification through collaterals of the vascular endothelial cellfunction of sepsis, aimed at understanding the mechanism of detoxification and collateralsintervention in sepsis, endothelial cell function. Methods:Were treated between September2010to March2012at the AffiliatedHospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Critical CareMedicine wards of60cases of sepsis, toxic stasis syndrome. Were randomly divided intotwo groups, treatment group (30cases, routine western medicine+detoxification networkgroup recipe), the control group (30cases, the use of conventional Western treatment), do aprospective controlled study.Selected the same day, treatment for1day,3days,5days,7days,14days observation APACHEH II score, score of TCM symptoms, von Willebrandfactor(vWF), endothelin-1(ET-1), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), whiteinterleukin-6(IL-6) and other indicators.Use SPSS18.0software for statistical analysis. Results: Treatment for5days,7days,14days treatment group and control groupAPACHEHⅡscore,TCM symptom score, von Willebrand factor(vWF),endothelin-1(ET-1), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) level thanbefore treatment was significantly lower (P<0.01), and the treatment group earlier than inthe control group decreased more pronounced (P<0.01). Treatment after28days treatmentgroup compared with the control group mortality was significantly decreased (P<0.01).Conelusions: Detoxification through collaterals of sepsis have the better intervention.
