The Clinical Research Of The Therapy Of Harmonizing The Nutrient And Defense To The Transient Ischemic Attack

Objective: explore the machanism of defensive qi invading vessals inside causes thetransient ischemic attack and oberseve the clinical efficacy of the method of harmonizingthe nutrient and defensive based on the theory of defensive qi invading vessals inside in thetransient ischemic attack.Methods:60cases of transient ischemic attack patients were randomly divided intoreatment and control groups (n=30cases). The treatment group received basic treatmentplus the prescription of harmonizing nutrient and defensive. Control group, only to basictreatment, a course of4weeks. The main symptoms before and after treatment scoredbefore and after treatment with TIA frequency and cerebral infarction, changes in bloodlipids, blood and other indicators.Result: The treatment group was96.7%, control group was83.3%compared the twogroups have significant difference (P <0.05). The treatment group significantly reduced theoccurrence of the TIA, compared with the control group, P <0.05, statistically significant.Treatment group without cerebral infarction happens, the control group2cases, theincidence rate of6.7%in the treatment group compared with the control group (P>0.05),no significant difference. Integral aspect of the treatment group to improve the TIAsymptoms than the control group, P <0.05. High shear to improve blood lipids (TG, the TC,LDL-C), blood flow changes in blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, plasmafibrinogen after treatment than before treatment to reduce (P <0.05) were statisticallysignificance, and the treatment group than the control group, P <0.05, significantdifference.Conclusion: the method of harmonizing the nutrient estabilished on the theory ofdefensive qi invading vessals inside metaplasia blood turbid can effectively improve the clinical symptoms scoring of transient ischemic attack and their blood lipids，blood flowchanges,nd reduce the number of episodes.
