Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Yuxueneizu Type Transient Ischemic Attack With Salvianolic Acid Injection

Objective: A comparative study of patients with transient ischemic attack(blood stasis syndrome)treated with the treatment group(Salvianolic Acid+ routine treatment)and the control group(routine treatment)is used to evaluate Salvianolic Acid treat transient ischemic attack(blood stasis syndrome)the clinical curative effect and security,to explore possible pathomechanism of transient ischemic attack,and to provide scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods: Sixty patients with TIA(blood stasis syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The former was given Salvianolic Acid for injection plus the conventional treatment,the latter was routinely treated.The course of treatment is fourteen days.Before and two weeks after treatment,the levels of TCM syndrome scale and serum interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)were measured respectively.During the experiment,the patients' vital signs and adverse reactions were observed for safety evaluation.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After two weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group(the Salvianolic Acid group)and the control group decreased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The difference between the Salvianolic Acid group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant.(2)Comparison of clinical curative effect of TCM: The clearness rate of the treatment group(Salvianolic Acid group)was 83.33%,and the total effective rate was 96.66%;The conventional treatment group was more effective than56.16%,and the total effective rate was 89.64%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,suggesting that Salvianolic Acid can effectively treat TIA.(3)Laboratory parameters: Interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-? the differences between the Salvianolic Acid group and the control group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences between the control group and the treatment group(Salvianolic Acid group)after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that both treatment methods have the effect of inhibiting inflammatory reaction,and Salvianolic Acid is better than the control group.(4)There wasno abnormal changes in vital signs in the two group during the experiment.NO obvious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion: Salvianolic Acid can reduce serum interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-?.It is speculated that the improvement of the clinical symptoms of transient ischemic attack by Salvianolic acid may be related to the inhibitory effect of inflammatory response in the body to play a role in stabilizing plaques.Salvianolic acid can significantly improve the blood stasis syndrome,with better efficacy than the conventional group,and no obvious adverse reactions.
