Objective:Clinical practice the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture through theobservation of the comparative dynamic hip screw (DHS) and proximal femur anti-spinintramedullary nail (PFNA), highlighting the current PFNA intertrochanteric fractureintertrochanteric instability the advantage of fracture treatment, and subsequent treatmentfor their constructive comments. Methods: a total of46cases selected from the Affiliated Hospital of ShandongUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine into the comparative analysis of the cases.Which cut reset DHS internal fixation in22cases, closed reset PFNA fixed24cases.Record and compare the two groups were operative time, incision length, blood loss, postoperative drainage, postoperative ambulation time, degree of recovery of hip functionafter surgery, the incidence of postoperative complications, and statistical data chemicaltreatment, and then were analyzed and concluded. Results: The patients after6-14months of clinical follow-up and record the data afterstatistical processing obtained compared with the DHS group, PFNA group shorteroperative time, less blood loss, postoperative ambulation time is short, fracture healingtime, less postoperative complications. The degree of recovery of both hip function aftersurgery no significant differences in surgery in perspective the number of PFNA groupthan the DHS group. Conclusion: PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in particular theinstability of intertrochanteric fracture aspects of the advantages of minimally invasive, fixed and reasonable, early ambulation, fewer complications, it is worth clinicalpromote.
