The Law Of Evolution Of The Syndrome Caused By Yang-pathogenic Factor Regarding To The Lung Disease

Aim: Discuss the law of evolution of the syndrome caused by Yang-pathogenic factorregarding to the lung disease.Methods: Search the medical records in respiratory ward during October2010toDecember2011in Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital. Screenthese clinical cases which caused by Yang-pathogenic factor regarding to the lung diseaseaccording with uniform standards. Then on the basis of integrate criterion, then, recordsyndrome type each at different observation points. After that, discuss the law of evolutionof the syndrome caused by Yang-pathogenic factor regarding to the lung disease on thewhole dynamically. It is the aim to provide the theory basis for clinical diagnosis andtreatment as well as control of the lung disease. It reflects the ideas of “preventivetreatment of disease” and “dynamic view”. Analyze the data by SPSS17.0, then conclusionthe results.Results: Syndrome is dynamic, so at different observation points, its distribution hasdiverse characteristics. Chronic Bronchitis caused by Yang-pathogenic takes syndrome ofphlegm-heat obstructing lung and syndrome of wind-dry invading lung as the principalthing at first. During deferment and remission of Chronic Bronchitis, syndrome of lungdryness due to yin deficiency becomes main syndrome; the second one is qi deficiency oflung and spleen. During acute exacerbation of Cough Variant asthma caused byYang-pathogenic, the most is syndrome of wind-heat invading lung, while in the clinicalcontrol period, it gives priority to syndrome of lung dryness due to yin deficiency, andsecondly syndrome of deficiency of lung qi. For Community Acquired Pneumonia, ininitial stage syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung and syndrome of wind-heat blocking are main types. And in later stage most of the patients are to heal, the majority ofthe remaining are with syndrome of lung dryness due to yin deficiency, which syndrome ofturbid phlegm obstructing lung and syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen aresecond only to,and the two have no obvious difference.Overall during the evolution of the syndrome caused by Yang-pathogenic regarding tothe lung disease, syndrome of lung dryness due to yin deficiency is the common syndrome,and syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung appears in Chronic Bronchitis andCommunity Acquired Pneumonia. In later stage injury of yin is more than deficiency of qi,and the two appears alone or plus, which involves lung and spleen more.Conclusion: By observing syndrome type distribution of lung disease caused byYang-pathogenic at different points, the research discusses the law of evolution of thesyndrome, which provide theoretical basis for the idea of “preventive treatment ofdisease”.
