The Effect Of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon On The Mast Cell In Mocosa Of Cecal Of Diarrhea-predominant Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Type Patient

Objective : 1. To observe the changes of Mast cell(MC) in mocosa of cecal of Diarrhea-predominant of Irritable Bowel Syndrome(D-IBS) of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient before and after the treatment of Jiawei Tongxie Yao fang Decoctionon,and to study the possible modern medicine mechanism of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon curing D-IBS Patient 2.To study the relationship between Mast cell and D-IBS. 3.To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon cure to D-IBS Patient.Methods: 1. 30 cases according with Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type of D-IBS diagnostic criteria were set up as Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon treatment group,and to scored before and after the treatment of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon according to symptom class and quantization standard. 2. 30 healthy subjects without any symptoms like IBS were set up as normal control group. 3.To get mucous membrane of cecal of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon treatment group at prior-treatment and post-treatment and normal control group through colonoscope, applied Envision of immunohisto chemistry staining method to determin the quantity of Mast cell.Results: 1. Mast cell quantity in Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon treatment group post-treatment and normal control group were lower than that in Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon treatment group prior-treatment. 2. There was positive correlation betwween D-IBS of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient's main symptom (like stomachache,abdominal discomfort,diarrhea, and so on)integration and Mast cell quantity . 3. There was positive correlation between D-IBS of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient's symptom integration together and Mast cell quantity . 4. Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon treatment group prior-treatment's cardinal symptom integration and symptom integration together were significant lower than post-treatment's(P<0.01). 5. The healing rate excellence rate of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon cured D-IBS of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient is 83.33%,and the total effective rate is 93.33%.Conclusions: 1. Mast cell quantity of D-IBS of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient's mucous membrane of cecal were obviously higher than health adult. 2. Restraining Mast cell's quantity is one of the possible mechanism of action of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon curing D-IBS of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient. 3.Mast cell quantity of cecal mucous membrane in D-IBS of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient maybe a reference index of reflecting pathogenetic condition. 4.Using Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Decoctionon to cure D-IBS of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient was proved to have reliable therapeutic effect and not have obvious poison and side effect.
