Clinical Study On Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Yi-Jing-Bu-Shen Decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the Yi-Jing-Bu-ShenDecoction(YJBSD) in treating the deficiency With polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)diagnosed as deficiency of kidney,by observing the relevant parameters in detecting andexplore its mechanism.Method：68patients with PCOS diagnosed deficiency of kidney syndrome weredivided into two groups randomly. YJBSD was given to the treatment group including34patients. At the same time Six taste glutinous rehmannia capsule was given to the controlgroup including34patients. Before and after treatment, the changes of the syndromeclinical manifestation and of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), the changes of serumhormone levels such as LH, FSH, LH/FSH, PRL, E2, T, INS, the Endometrial thickness,Ovarian volume and Basic Body Temperature(BBT)changes.The differences between thetwo groups after the treatment are observed.The treatment group patients age, course ofdisease and clinical efficacy were not related(P＞0.05).Result：The markedly clinically effective rate is76.47％in the test group,and in thecontrol group it is38.24％;the total clinically effective rate is91.18％in the test groupand it is76.47%in the control group. The difference between the two groups is significant(P＜0.05)；The markedly clinically effective rate of TCM is76.47％in the test group,andin the control group it is38.24％;the total effective rate of PCOS syndrome is94.12%inthe test group and it is79.41％in the control group. The difference between the twogroups is significant(P＜0.05);After the treatment,the PCOS symptom scores of the treatgroup and control group are lowered.The differences are significant before and aftertreatment (P＜0.01).The differences between the two groups are significant(P＜0.01);After treatment,The basic temperature double rate is82.35％in the test group and it is44.12％in the control group.The differences between the two groups are significant(P＜0.01); LH,LH/FSH,T, PRL, INS are lowered, and FSH, E2are raised, The differences before andafter treatment,The differences between the two groups are significant(P<0.05, P<0.01).toimprove Endometrial thickness and shrink the ovarian volume,The difference between thetwo groups is significant (P＜0.01). and improve the polycystic change of the ovary.Conclusion：The Yi-Jing-Bu-Shen Decoction has satisfactory therapeutic effect on thedeficiency of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) diagnosed as deficiency of kidney,Invivo regulation of endocrine hormone levels，can improve Endometrial thickness andshrink the ovarian volume,and improve the polycystic change of the ovary.YJBSD canwork through a variety of ways to remedy PCOS such as adjusting the abnormality ofHyPothalamus-Pituitary-Ovarian aixs, improving Hyperinsulinemia，Regulation of ovarianendocrine function et al.
