ObjectiveTo determine the influence of rehabilitation clinical nursing pathways(CNP)on post-stroke functions. Methods Use the convenience sampling method to investigate 120 patients receiving drug treatment were divided into two groups: experimental group(60) and control group(60).The experiment group received nursing intervention according to the rehabilitation nursing clinical pathways. The control group received traditional nursing intervention. The cognitive function and anxiety were compared when admission, 14 days and 30 days after stroke onset. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA) was used to assess cognitive function and Hamilton Anxiey Scale(HAMA)was used to assess activities of daily living.Barthel score was used to assess activities of daily living.Kubota drying water test was used to assess impaired swallowing. Results There is no difference between the control group and experimental group on age, gender, couse of disease, NIHSS, cognitive function, anxiety, Barthel scores, swallowing on baseline(P >0.05). Compared with the control group, the Mo CA scores, HAMA scores,Barthel scores and Kubota dring water test of the experimental group have improved significantly at 14 days and 30 days after stroke onset(P﹤0.05).The anxiety of the experimental group patients improved after conducted at 14 and 30 days after stroke onset(P<0.01 or P<0.05), while only the factor scores of somatization of control group decreased at 30 days after stroke onset(P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention according to the rehabilitation nursing clinical pathways could improve the cognitive function and Relieve anxiety and activities of daily living and impaired swallowing.
