The Clinical Observation Of Shenghuatangjiawei In The Treatment Of Abdominal Pain After Abortion In Blood Stasis Syndromes

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenghuatangjiawei in the treatment of abdominal pain after abortion in blood stasis syndromes, and to provide the scientific basis for the clinical application of Shenghuazhixueyin.Methods:Selected forty-one patients with abdominal pain after abortion in blood stasis syndromes, and divided them randomly into Shenghuatang group and yimucao group, twenty-one cases in the first group and twenty cases in the second. Two groups all took the medicine in the first day and continued7days as a course of treatment. Then observed the situations of hemostasis, clinical symptoms and uterine involution after a course of treatment.Results:1. Effect of relieve pain:A total effective rate of91.77%was shown in Shenghuatangjiawei group, and68.25%in yimucao group. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). It showed that Shenghuatangjiawei had better effect than yimucao.2. Effect of syndromes:A total effective rate of90.26%was shown in Shenghuatangjiawei group, and60.00%in yimucao group. There were significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). It showed that Shenghuatangjiawei had better effect than yimucao.Conclusion:Biochemical decoction is effective in treating blood stasis syndrome of postpartum abdominal pain, the curative effect is obviously superior to yimucao granule,Solve western medicine cannot treatment of the disease, and can promote the uterus involution, favorable postnatal body recovery.
