The Clinical Observation Of Quanzhenyiqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure And The Effct To Bnp

Objective:Observe the therapeutic effect of Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and the changes of BNP,and contrast curative effect with the Western medicine of conventionality use,to explore mechanism of chronic heart failure.methods:Totally60cases in hospital were selected with NYHA cardiac function graded for Ⅱ-Ⅲ level CHF. They are randomly divided into30cases in control group and30cases in treatment group.The treatment group is based onconventional Western medicine treatment and Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction, for a course of3-week treatment.Then make contrast evaluation of clinical curative effect. Observe and compare TCM symptoms、clinical symptoms、cardiac functional grade、Echocardiography hemodynamic indexes、BNP.Results:After the treatment, the cardiac function classification, the clinical symptoms, Echocardiography hemodynamic indexes, six-minute-walk distance,BNP of the two groups are improved obviously (P<0.05). In the two groups, after the treatment besides the distinct difference in effect of TCM symptoms and impact points(P<0.05), there is no distinct difference in the other results (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. On the base of routine cure usage cooperate Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction can relieve the condition of patients with chronic heart failure.2. Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction reduce the level of BNP,consider Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction the BNP in blood by reduceing the stress of the ventricular wall.
