| ObjectivePreliminary evaluate to the improvement of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on clinical symptoms and heart function in patients with Qi dificiency coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure, and preliminary discussed its effection to the immune-related cytokine TNF-α, provide preliminary theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure by traditional Chinese medicine.MethodProspective randomized controlled study was used to 60 cases included in the standard type of patients with Qi dificiency coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure as the research object,1:1 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 30 cases. The control group patients give routine standard western medicine treatment, the treatment group patients on the basis of added fill with Buzhong Yiqi decoction, course of the treatment are 2 weeks, after 2 weeks later, evaluated to the early curative effect and safety analysis, curative effect indexes included two groups of before and after treatment of tratitional Chinese medicine syndrome integral, NYHA heart function classification, NYHA heart function classification, serum NT-proBNP, TNF alpha level changes and ultrasonic indicators LVEF, E/A, safety indexes included adverse reactions, the blood, urine, stool routine examination, and the liver and kidney function.ResultsCompared two groups of patients after treatment, the curative effect of the treatment group in traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral, NYHA heart function classification, NT-proBNP, serum TNF alpha level change, were significantly better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared two groups of patients before and after the treatment, ultrasonic indicators LVEF, treatment group improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) and control group in improvement is not obvious, there was no statistically signicant difference (P<0.05).Compare two groups of patients before and after the treatment, ultrasonic indicators E/A, two groups of patients were improved significantly, the two groups there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Compare two groups of patients before and after the treatment, ultrasonic indicators E/A, the patients were improved significantly, the two groups there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Safety analysis results:two groups of patients are safe and reliable in drug use, there were no adverse reactions occur.ConclusionBuzhong Yiqi decoction combined conventional standard western medicine treatment, has better improvement in early curative effect and heart function to patients with Qi dificiency coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure, and can reduce more in immune related cytokine TNF alpha level, indicates Buzhong Yiqi decoction may through the adjustment mechanism of the immune function act on patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure, its drug are safe and reliable, and curative effect are definite, deserves further research and extension. |
