Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute-renal-ning Retention Enema In Sepsis Complicated With Acute Kidney Injury

Objective:Observing the curative effect of Acute-kidney-ning treating Sepsis with acute kidney injury. Discussing the new way in treating Sepsis with acute kidney injury in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60 cases of sepsis with acute renal injury were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group,30 cases of 30 patients. Western medicine treatment group guide the treatment of sepsis and acute-renal-ning retention enema. Guidelines sepsis control group, the treatment of Western medicine and warm soapy water enema. Observed two groups of patients in the APACHE II score, SOFA score, renal function, urine output, changes in inflammatory markers and the efficacy of Chinese medicine.Results:After the treatment of 7 days, symptoms were improved in both groups (p<0.05), and the treatment group improved more obvious symptoms. After treatment, the APACHE II score, SOFA score, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, and a number of inflammatory markers were lower, urine output increased, as compared with before treatment were significantly different (P <0.05), two groups of patients there was significant after differences (P <0.05). Chinese medicine treatment group efficacy rate was 78.57%,58.62% in control group, were significantly different (P<0.05)Conclusion:Acute-renal-ning retention enema with sepsis and acute kidney injury to improve the clinical symptoms, improve renal function, urine output, the antagonistic role of inflammatory mediators. The clinical study is good safety.
