Clinical Research On Treating Qixu Jinkui Type Of Constipation With Zhi Mi Tong No.2

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Zhi Mi Tong no.2in treating Qixu Jinkui type of constipation.Methods:Will be consistent with the conditions of60patients with functional constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with Zhi Mi Tong no.2of oral medicine, the control group oral of Qirong Runchang oral liquid. During the treatment, two cases in treatment during light diet, avoid adverse emotional stimuli, and stop with all the other drugs associated with constipation and related methods of treatment. The group now started to record the daily effective frequency of defecation, and in the light of Bristol stool patterns recorded stool. Each2week for a course of treatment, a detailed record of before and after treatment in two groups of patients with defecation, stool each time interval, defecation time and distension of the improvement, after a course of treatment by constipation efficacy criteria for two groups of patients before and after treatment of comprehensive efficacy and symptom scores were statistically analyzed.Results:The treatment group and the control group on Qixu Jinkui type of constipation has better curative effect. Group therapy clinical total effective rate was86.67%,76.67%in control group. On improving defecation interval time, defecation time, stool traits in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion:Zhi Mi Tong no.2due to Qixu Jinkui type of constipation have good results, In patients with constipation defecate time interval between each time, feces, defecate three groups of clinical common symptoms were better than control group.
