| Purpose:The research program is divided into two parts,one is clinical observation and the other is experimental research.The clinical observation compares the clinical efficacy of compound leech powder and atrovastatin tablet in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and analyses their efficacy and safety.The changes of total cholesterol(T-CHO),triglyceride(TG),LDL-C and HDL-C in high and low dose group of compound leech powder were studied in Kunming mice with high fat diet.Methods:Clinical observation of 40 patients with angina pectoris with coronary heart disease in Yanji City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital was carried out.Twenty patients in control group were given 20 mg of atrovastatin tablets orally and served with warm water twice a day.In the treatment group,20 cases were treated by oral administration of Chinese medicine compound leech powder(leech,Dannanxing,bear gall,Niuhuang).The ratio of leech and cow yellow,Bilan star,bear gall is 4:1),the medicine is in the above proportion after grinding 2G,put in 0.5G capsule,every day after dinner oral.Two weeks for one session,one session for observation.To evaluate the efficacy of two groups of drugs,the clinical manifestations of patients before and after drug use were observed and the changes of patients 'onset conditions(pain degree,number of episodes)were observed.(1)The main clinical manifestations(chest pain,chest tightness,heart palpitations,shortness of breath,sweating,fatigue,stool,tongue,Pulse,etc.);(2)Occurrence(degree of pain,duration,number of episodes);(3)Security examination:blood,urine routine,liver work,renal work,coagulation four items,blood sugar,blood lipid,electrocardiogram,heart color,coronary angiography;(4)Adverse reactions.In this study,100 healthy male Kunming mice with body weight of 15-18g were selected.The mice were raised adaptive for 2 days.The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups.The mice in normal group and model group were given normal saline daily,the positive control group were given atrovastatin daily,and the other group were given different doses of compound leech powder for 14 days.To investigate the effect of TG on total cholesterol(T-CHO),triglyceride(TG),LDL-C and HDL-C in mice.Spss22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data of the experiment The data were in the mean deviation of X+(SD +).The statistical method:one-way ANOVA,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Research fingings:Clinical observation showed that the efficacy and clinical efficacy of TCM were better than those of the control group.1.Analysis and statistical results showed that there were no significant differences in age,sex,long course of illness,smoking history and body weight before the treatment of the two groups,and can be analyzed and compared(P>0.05).2.The total effective clinical efficacy:the total effective number of the Hirudo group was 18 cases,the total effective rate was 90%,the total effective rate of the Atorvastatin group was 11 cases,the total effective rate was 55%.The total curative effect of the compound Hirudo powder for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was not statistically different from that of atorvastatin(P>0.05).3.Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and angina pectoris score:each patient's TCM symptoms and angina pectoris scores were reduced after medication(P<0.05),and the score of TCM symptoms and angina pectoris in the Hirudo group was higher than that of the opivastatin group(P<0.05).4.Electrocardiogram effect:the electrocardiogram of the patients in the Atorvastatin group had abnormal electrocardiogram.After medication,12 cases of electrocardiogram lead ischemia recovered to the effective standard,the total effective rate was 60%.After the Hirudo group,the electrocardiogram lead ischemia recovered to the effective standard in 17 patients,the total effective rate was 85%.5.The changes of blood lipid TC,LDL and HDL:after two groups of patients,TC,LDL and HDL changed after medication(P<0.05).6.During the experiment,there were no abnormal and allergic reactions in the Compound Leech Powder group and atorvastatin group.7.High fat diet was used to establish the experimental mouse model.After a period of high-fat diet,the body weight increased significantly.After successful modeling,the weight gain was not significant after administration.The experimental results reduced LDL,TC and TG indicators,and HDL showed an upward trend,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:The experimental study shows that the Compound Leech Powder has the effect of treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and is directly related to the different dosage of prescription.It is found that many kinds of high and low lipid factors induce coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,so the pathogenesis of human body is also closely related to obesity and so on. |
