| Objective:In this study,Xiao Zhen Tang combined with compound polymyxin B ointment and compound polymyxin B ointment alone were used to treat EGFR-TKIs related skin rash of yin deficiency type.We explore whether there is difference between the patients with EGFR-TKIs related rash of yin deficiency type and the patients without intervention of Xiao Zhen Tang with traditional Chinese Medicine,and further analyze the reasons for the difference.Methods:81 patients were enrolled into the group,41 in the observation group(Xiao Zhen Tang+compound Polymyxin B ointment for external use),and 40 in the control group(compound Polymyxin B ointment for external use).After14 days of continuous treatment(1 course),we observed the changes of rash classification,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,the rash recurrence rate after 1 month,blood routine test,liver and kidney function before and after treatment.Results:71 patients completed the clinical observation,37 in the observation group and 34 in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rash classification and the rash recurrence rate after 1 month(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in TCM symptom score and quality of life score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P >0.05).Conclusion: Xiao Zhen Tang can improve the TCM syndromes and quality of life of EGFR-TKIs related skin rash patients of yin deficiency type,and has certain safety. |
