Zhi Xiao Tang In The Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma In Acute Attack Stage Clinical Observation And Affect On Plasma Eos

Objective:To observe the treatment of bronchial asthma with acute attack of Zhi xiao tang from the duration of clinical symptoms, signs and improvement of lung function, and on plasma EOS effects, and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods:A randomized controlled pilot study. Methods66patients were divided into treatment group33cases and control group33cases, the treatment group was given the Zhi xiao tang granule, the control group was given the cold wheezing pill. In two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, signs, pulmonary function (FEV1/FVC, FEV1) and peripheral blood eosinophil count changes (EOS).Results:1. The treatment group control display ratio, total efficiency, respectively77.1%and91.2%, significant clinical effect.2.Two groups of patients the signs and symptoms were significantly improved in the throats of wheezing water chicken sound and wheeze in the treatment group than the control group, there are significant differences (P<0.05), other symptoms no significant difference (P>0.05).3. After treatment, FEV1/FVC ratio, FEV1before treatment were significantly increased, significant differences (P<0.05) before and after treatment showed no significant difference (P>0.05).4. The two groups of patients after peripheral blood eosinophilic granulocytes (EOS) were significantly decreased, with significant differences (P<0.05), no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:1Zhi xiao tang in treatment of bronchial asthma in a significant effect, can effectively control their symptoms and signs, And can effectively improve the pulmonary function.2Zhi xiao tang could obviously reduce the peripheral blood eosinophil (EOS) level.
