Clinical Research On Postherpetic Neuralgia With The Medicinal Broth Of Activating Blood Circulation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of activating blood circulation medicinal broth after treating PHN.Methods:Selected68patients who were from dermatology clinic of the first Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.These patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.34cases in treating group,34cases in control group. Respectively used the medicinal broth of activating blood circulation and xuefuzhuyu pill. The course of treatment was4weeks. After4weeks of treatment estimating the clinical effect in treatment and control groups.Results:After treatment,the effections of two groups both got significant improvement.The total effective rate is96.875%n treating group and81.25%in control group. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).For the treatment gro-up,the difference in the score of pain degree,the duration time of pain and the interval time of pain between before and after treatment is statistically significant(P*<0.05). After treatment,the difference in these three aspacts between the two groups is sta-tistically significant(PΔ<0.05).Conclusion:The activating blood circulation medicinal broth could significantly reduce the pain degree, the duration time of pain and increase the interval time of pain of PHN.It’s effection is better than the Xuefuzhuyu pill’s.The activating blood circulation medicinal broth has good effect on treating PHN and worth clinical promoption.
