Objective:This experiment studies on the effect of using the decoct-ion of Qi-activating and blood-invigorating to cure PHN in the type of qi and blood stagnation. We hope the decoction can be widely used in the cl-inical diagnosis, relieve the patients'suffering; at the same time provide the basis to the feasibility and availability of Chinese traditional treatme-nt to cure PHN.Methods:According to the sequcence of doctors'office visiting, the patients who fit into the normal were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in treating group,30cases in control group. Respectively used decoction of Chinese traditional treatment and xuefuzhuyu capsule. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of treatment estimating the clinical effect in treating and control groups. Results:The total effective rate is 92.86% in treating group and 66.67% in control group. The different between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Clinic curative effect in the group of using decoction of Chinese traditional treatment is better than than the effect in the group of using xuefuzhuyu capsule. The pain degree, the maintain and the interval hour of pain in treating group, compared with after and befter treatment, there is statistically significant(*P<0.05); comparison among groups:there is statistically significant(*P<0.05) in the above three aspacts between treating group and control group. Conclusion:There was certain clinical effect of using decoction of Qi-activating and blood-invigorating to cure P H N in the type of qi and blood stagnation, and have little side-effect, be worth to bwidespread used in the clinic.
