Acesodyne Umbilical Paste On Postherpetic Neuralgia In The Type Of Qi And Blood Stagnation Clinical Research

Objective:the purpose of this paper is to observe the acesodyne umbilical paste clinical curative effect of qi and blood stagnation type of postherpetic neuralgia,And to explore the feasibility and mechanism of action of acesodyne umbilical paste of postherpetic neuralgia in the type of qi and blood stagnation.TCM treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is put forward and the new way of treatment.Method:will meet the Western postherpetic neuralgia patients with TCM syndrome differentiation and diagnosis, qi and blood stagnation type. Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had30patients. The treatment group:treated with acupoint Shenque acupoint acesodyne umbilical paste, once every other day. Control group:treated with oral Yuan Hu Zhi Tong Pian,3times daily,4tablets each time. Observation on the treatment of20days after the treatment, and compared with VAS score.Result:The treatment group of30cases,9cases were cured, effective in11cases, effective8cases, invalid2cases. the total effective rate was93.3%. The control group of30cases,3cases were cured, effective in6cases, effective13cases, invalid8cases, the total effective rate was73.3%. The statistical analysis (P<0.05), there is statistical significance, the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group. The statistical analysis of P<0.01before and after treatment in patients with VAS score, also has statistical significance.Conclusion:acesodyne umbilical paste therapeutic effect on postherpetic neuralgia is effective, can significantly alleviate the pain of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
