All data were input into computer to establish a database usingEpiDATA3.1and processed using SPSS15.0software package. The statistical methods weredescriptive statistic, chi-square test and t-test et al.Result Two weeks prevalence rates which reflect the intensity of disease is36.4%.Owing to special ecological environment of plateau, the respiratory system and theskeleton-muscular system in the two weeks disease occupies the most percentage. Thedetectable rate of chronic diseases in officers and soldiers were58.5%. The respiratorysystem and the autoimmune systems system in the chronic illness disease occupy the mostpercentage (23.2%and22.5%, respectively).
