ObjectiveAccurately understand the actuality of need, demand and utilization on health services of themilitary personal，only which can provide objective basis for macro—management andscientific decision．Therefore，in this paper, based on the spot collecting data and statisticsanalysis method，the health service demand and utilization of the military personal, thefactors affect the demand and utilization and the military satisfaction degree of the healthservice are introduced in all-widely．Expect which can provide a scientific basis foradministrator decision making，improve the rational configured and efficient use of theresources，better meet the military health service demand，and promote the development ofmilitary health work．MethodIn this study, the military in certain areas were investigated with a questionnaire survey，which is helpful to understand the officers and men’s social-demographic characteristics、information of two weeks prevalence and chronic disease，be in hospital，invention to see adoctor．Meanwhile，the situation of the military known，demand and utilizing of the healthservices are survived， such as medical services， prevention and health care and psychologies．In addition，the survey on patients satisfaction for medical care and medicineof military medical organization was performed．Which is used for analyze the factor thatinfluence military health services demand and utilization．Investigational method、field survey and descriptive analysis were adopted in this study forthe military personal.ResultThe result indicated that：By the number of patients，two weeks prevalence andchronic illness morbidity of the military are26.03%and11.08%respectively in theinvestigational area, and it is32%and12%by person time．Non visit rate within two weeksis56.44%，among the non visitor, the major cause is they felt their illness is light and theycan pull through by self-treatment．The military hospitalization rate of acquire a healtheducation is90.72%；rate of psychological consultation is30.67%．In the treatment ofintention, majority of the military patients chooses the Brigade(regiment)Military MedicalCops, the reason is convenience．The most primary factor to influence utilization of the military outpatient service is thedegree of severity of disease，the most primary factor to influence utilization of the militaryhospitalization service is the health condition，which shows that confronted，with a serioushealth problem，the military will consider its health and life at first，and select.The outpatient or hospitalization service passively．Moreover, including the type of thehospital，the nature of job，the place where they serve in the army，psychological pressureand satisfaction of military medicine，which all above have great effects on the utilization ofthe medical services in the military．Conclusion1．In the investigations area, the major population of military health service demand ispetty officers，who has great psychological pressure and suffered a chronic disease．2．Health service of the officers and men should further transform from require todemand, potential is huge，especially on the psychology health．3．The officers and men haven’t recognized how important the health service is,healthservice utilization ratio is low, and there are differences between demand project and actual utilization project．4．Military health service demand is influenced by many complex factors．Healthcondition of the military is the main interior factor influences the health service，theservice level and quality of military health institution are main exterior guidance force，andhealth education is an important means to establish the rational awareness and visiting ideaof utilizing the health service．...
