Objective: To discuss the clinical feature,misdaignosed and prognostic for the pediatric tuberculosis,to help the clinic doctor recognize tuberculosis.Methods:Collect642cases of pediartic tuberculosis during2008.1.1-2011.12.31who are hospitalized in Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medcal University,make retrospectiveanalysis of pediatric tuberculosis.Result:In this group,the male and female respectively58.4%and41.6%;country83.3%, accouting for16.7%of city;the proportion of different age groups;cases having BCG account for68.1%cases having clear contact history account for21.5%;in the642cases, pulmonary tuberculosis account for36.9%, extrapulmonary tuberculous account for27.9%, systemic tuberculous account for33.8%, congenital tuberculosis accounting for1.4%;for the clinical manifestation,though they are very different,in the pediatric tuberculosis,cases with irregular fever reach 55.5%;306cases have ESR examination,the ESR rising account for67.9%;229cases made PPD test,≧(++) account for26.8%;605cases made blood analysis,WBC>10*109/L accounting for46.3%, PLT>300*109/L accounting for65.8%,Hb<110g/L accounting for54.4%; in pulmonary tuberculosis, sputum or gastric juice smear positive account for40.8%sputum or gastric juice culture positive account for27.7%;we should pay attention to the misdiagnose,it highly account for78%;improving accounting for85%, worsen accounting for3.7%,death accounting for2.8%, other accounting for9.5%.Conclusion:The clinic features of pediatric tuberculosis are not typical,the positive rate is low,misdiagnose rate is high, we should improve the recognization of the clinical doctors to tuberculosis,reduce misdiagnose rate,todiagnosis tuberculosis and give treatment as soon as possible,to play an effective part in controling the morbidity and improving prognosis.
