Objective: Diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT lung functionimaging techniques for early pneumoconiosis, and multislice spiral CT avariety of lung function parameters and lung function measurementindicators, the correlation analysis.Materials and Methods: Study using16-slice spiral CT scans andclinical pulmonary function tests, the study included two groups:(1) earlypneumoconiosis group:56cases of pneumoconiosis observed objects,(2)normal control group:30patients with normal chest examination.Post-processing using shaded surface display (the surface shaded display,SSD)3D lung model (the three-dimensional lung model,3D-lung), rangelimited to image segmentation techniques as well as the density histogramsoftware on the CT scan data of all subjects treatment. Then post-processingdata in two studies of CT for qualitative and quantitative analysis tounderstand the two sets of differences. Finally, early pneumoconiosis groupCT lung function metrics and analysis in the clinical pulmonary functiontests between the indicators. Results:Qualitative research:1.Pneumoconiosis observed object and the normal control groupcomparison: normal group, the3D-lung pulmonary surfactant visiblevisceral pleura smooth depression; pneumoconiosis observed object groupvisceral pleura, lung surface is not smooth, local depression.2. Pneumoconiosis observed CT image of the target group, in contrastwith the high-kV chest X-ray: CT accuracy of the diagnosis ofpneumoconiosis observed object is higher than the high kV chestradiography, the more accurate observation of small nodular form ofpneumoconiosis; the detection rate of of pneumoconiosis smallnoduleshigher kilovolt chest radiograph is more sensitive.Quantitative study:1. The difference between early pneumoconiosis group and normalgroup: reduced in volume.2. Pneumoconiosis classification based on CT images,0,0~+period,and then one of three groups of pulmonary function project (forced vitalcapacity, one second forced expiratory volume in one second forcedexpiratory volume in one second forced expiratory volume), theresultsDisplay:0~+groups of pulmonary function indicators were lower thanthe0group0~+and One of the various indicators was no significantdifference (P>0.05).3.0,0+on one of three groups of CT lung function, the results show: 0+Groups of One Groups of CT lung density higher than the0group(P=0.007,P<0.01), and0+of groupOne of the average of CT lungdensity was no significant difference (P=0.084,P>0.05).4. Spearman rank correlation analysis shows that the average of CTlung density value and FVC(r=-0.181,P=0.025,P<0.01),FEV1.0(r=-0.204,P=0.007,P<0.01) were negatively correlated.Conclusion1. With multislice CT image processing technology to the diagnosis ofearly pneumoconiosis pleura, the lung surface local depression and smallnodules as early as high kV chest radiography.2. By CT density histogram,mean lung density was got, which wasmore sensitive to early pneumoconiosis lung inflammation and fibrosisprogression.3. Density histogram to a certain extent reflected the earlypneumoconiosis lung function parameters.
