Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of glucocorticoid treatment inrhinosinusitis disorder of olfactory disorders patients by systematic evaluationmethod through Meta analysis. Methods: According to the Cochrane cooperation group, a comprehensivesearch of Elsevier database, SPRINGER database, EBSCO retrieval platform (ASP,BSP, ERIC, HRC, LISTA, MEDLINE...), ISI Web of Knowledge (SCI platform,ISTP, CCR/IC), MEDLINE database, Micromedex clinical and evidence-basedmedicine database, PubMed database, OVID medical electronic full text journaldatabase (LWW), Nature, Science electronic journal electronic journal and CRGprofessional registration database,Cochrane controlled trial database, EMBASE,CINAHL, LILACS, SCISEARCH database; retrieval of SCI, clinical trialregistration database. Chinese retrieval of Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM), Wanfang, VIP database and manual searches of domestic coreotolaryngology journals. made strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, screening outhigh quality literature, and using Revman5software provided by Cochrane networkto carry on statistical analysis. The main objective of olfactory improve the situationas the evaluation standard (olfactory threshold detection, subjective ratings), to testfor heterogeneity after selecting the corresponding effect in the model, combinedwith statistics analysis sensitivity and bias. Results: After screening with8references to meet the requirements. After theMeta analysis results indicate: local treatment compared with systemic therapy, olfactory improve the rate of P <0.05the difference was statistically significant, reduction rate and olfactory threshold olfactory improve case P>0.05the differencewas not statistically significant; local treatment compared with the placebo group, olfactory improvement QD group compared with the placebo group than the P>0.05the difference was not statistically significant, QD group and BID group, BIDgroup and the placebo group compared to P <0.05for both the differences were statistically significant; systemic treatment group compared with the placebo group P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; systemic combination topicaltherapy group and simple local treatment group than the P>0.05no significantdifference. Conclusions: In glucocorticoid treatment in rhinosinusitis disorder of olfactorydisorders patients. Systemic therapy is effective, and systemic therapy is better thanlocal treatment. But the systemic treatment in preventing patients with olfactoryfurther decreased has the effect with local treatment. Systemic therapy in improvingolfactory threshold is not different from local treatment. Local treatment dose limitby weight, such as mometasone200ugBIDSp is effective,200ugQDSp effect is notobvious. There are no difference effect betweenSystemic and local treatment withsimple local treatment.
