Purpose: To explore the most suitable for ischemic stroke with hemiplegia earlyrehabilitation care in the most effective interventions to improve the recovery efficiency, andprovide a theoretical basis for clinical early rehabilitation, reduce the sequelae of strokepatients, and no residual, Henry, return to families as soon as possible, early return to society,improve the ability of daily living and quality of life.Method:60patients with first-episode patients with ischemic stroke in60cases,30caseswere randomly divided into the treatment group,30cases in the control group, treatment group,routine treatment group combined with early rehabilitation therapy. The control groupreceived routine treatment,14days after the rehabilitation treatment. Two groups of patientsbefore and after treatment efficacy of integral and disease curative effect contrast. Observedthrough two kinds of methods on stroke hemiplegic limb patients after the intervention,compared with two in the ability of daily life and limb muscle tension, the recovery of thedifferences. To choose the most beneficial for stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation training ofpatients with health care plan and behavior patterns.Result: The treatment group curative effect of disease:12cases, effective in11cases,7cases ineffective, with an efficiency of76.7%; the control group of30patients, curative effectof disease of4cases, effective in11cases,15cases are invalid, the efficiency of50%.Conclusion: Early rehabilitation intervention in stroke, have certain curative effect, is amethod for reducing the sequelae, make the patient as soon as possible the return home, returnto the society, improve the ability of daily living and quality of life in the treatment of.
