Objective:This study aims at from the perspective of clinical observation,objectiveevaluation of therapeutic effects of acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation intreating primary dysmenorrhea,and discussion on the mechanism of acupuncture and howissues such as providing objective evidence to guide clinical practice.Methods:Select the60cases of primary dysmenorrhea patients met the inclusioncriteria, they are randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group (30cases) usedmainly by Huang Shu,Qi Hai acupoint acupuncture of syndrome differentiation treatmentcontrol groups (30cases) to drug clinical practice A course (three menstrual cycles) after thetwo groups in the treatment of menstrual cycle1and pain points of change, before and aftera course of comparative study on the clinical efficacy and long-term outcome in the nearfuture.Results:2groups have an analgesic effect,but instant pain relief, pain points toimprove the effect of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05),after treatment,the two groups of patients,the treatment group clinical curing11cases,36.7%;Having aneffect of8cases,26.7%; Effective9,30%; Void2,6.7%;Total effective rate of93.33%.Clinical cure4control group,13.3%;Having an effect in5cases,16.7%;Effective17cases,accounting for56.7%;Invalid4,13.3%;Total effective rate of86.7%. The chi-square test,two groups of immediate and long-term points compared before and after treatment,P <0.05.Conclusion: The rapeutic effect of acupuncture of syndrome differentiation in treatingprimary dysmenorrhea, and in accordance with the clinical individual treatment needs,simple operation, acupoints, economic security, and rare adverse reactions, easy toclinical promotional copy. Is a clinically effective treatment. However, the mechanism stillneeds further study.
